Digital Product Policy

Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically through the email address or account used at checkout. Delivery may include a download link, access page, course portal, community invitation, or other electronic instructions. Enter an email address you can access and save your delivery information.

All digital sales are final

Digital products are nonrefundable. Because access to downloadable or online content is provided electronically, all digital-product sales are final once the order is completed. We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases, failure to use the material, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with a personal outcome.

Delivery or access problems

If you do not receive access, first check your spam, promotions, and junk folders and confirm the email used at checkout. Contact Karma’s Paradise with your name, purchase email, and order information so we can verify the purchase and help restore valid access. An access problem does not change the no-refund policy when the purchased material can be delivered.

Personal-use license

Your purchase grants one customer a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the material for their own education. Copyright and ownership remain with Karma’s Paradise.

• Do not share login details, downloads, screenshots, or files with others
• Do not resell, reproduce, modify, distribute, or upload the material
• Do not use the content to create a competing guide, program, quiz, course, or client resource

Technology and availability

You are responsible for a compatible device, internet connection, email access, and software needed to view the product. Platforms and formats may change as services are improved. When access is described as time-limited, membership-based, or cohort-based, the stated access period controls.

Educational use and results

Digital products are educational and do not diagnose or treat a medical condition. Completion, consistency, and individual circumstances affect outcomes; no specific hair-growth or scalp result is guaranteed.
